There is also a comfortable viewing area with free Wi Fi and refreshments available for any parents who to stay and watch.

Hello my name is Iain McKinstry I am the chief instructor and also school owner. I have over 15 years training in the Korean Martial Arts.
I opened McKinstry Family Martial arts in April 2009 and since then I have helped many people achieve their goals they have set around; the ability to defend themselves physical fitness, strength and discipline.
I have a real passion for the martial arts and maybe you too have a reason to try them for yourself or your child - so come along to our school and we can work together.
